Having spent over 25 years of experience in the agency world as a Rainmaker, George has represented some of the top creative shops in the Midwest in Business Development and Account Management and has had the opportunity to learn from some of the best talent in the nation. Having a burning passion for the marketing industry, he has spent his career studying marketing leaders and CMO’s, listening to their needs, asking questions the correct questions and providing the most valuable solutions.
Through out his career, George has worked with and served regional and national clients including Applebee’s, Yellow Freight, Hallmark Cards, Marion Merrell Dow, Missouri Division of Tourism, Kansas City Chiefs, Payless Cashways, AMC Theatres, Garmin, Omaha Steaks, Cordish Company (Power & Light District), Dairy Farmers of America, Helzberg Diamonds and many others.
Never satisfied with the “typical” agency pitch process, George launched ROCK Creative Network four (4) years ago and flipped the sales process where instead of “selling”, he now listens to the needs of marketing leaders and through his network, connects marketers with professionals, agencies, companies that provide the specific solution that is needed. He believes in a win-win outcome every time.
A Kansas native, George is currently living in Overland Park, Kansas and has been very active in the advertising community serving on committees and boards with AAF-Kansas City, KCDMA, and AMA-Kansas City. George also believes it is very important to have a Servants Heart and is a guest speaker/teacher to Universities and Colleges throughout Metro-Kansas City helping prepare students for the next phase of their life in the business world. George also serves on the board of his church, Impact Fellowship and on the Communications Committee for Gillis, helping at-risk children.
