At the heart of our work is Disruption. It’s more than a process. It’s a way of thinking that pervades
everything we do. And it’s how we create dramatic change in our clients’ businesses. We developed
the methodology over twenty-five years ago working with Apple, and have evolved it continuously working with ambitious challenger brands such as adidas, Airbnb and Gatorade.
The goal is to create white space for brands to grow by disrupting category & cultural norms in favor of our clients. We develop Disruptive strategies by deciding what has to change (the Convention), where we want to go (the Vision) and what the strategy should be (the Disruption) to help us accelerate toward that vision.
We are an ambitious, collaborative group of pirates, passionate about creativity and culture. Our belief is that great brands have a soul, the enduring intangible quality beyond dollars and data. We use Disruption to help brands unleash the power of their soul to drive sustainable growth.
